My Story
I’ve Sat Where You’re Sitting.
I know what it feels like to watch your marriage fall apart and not know what to do. I know the silence at the dinner table. The separate bedrooms. The conversations that go nowhere. The feeling that no matter what you try, nothing changes. I know the feeling of not understanding why you are here and wondering, what's next.
I went through a season like that myself. My marriage hit a wall that felt permanent. I tried working harder, giving space, and having the same argument a different way. None of it created the change I was looking for.
What changed was not a quick fix. It was a mentor who looked me in the eye and told me the truth about who I was being and who I was capable of becoming. That gave me a new standard for how I led myself, my relationships, and the next chapter of my life.
That conversation changed my life. It is the kind of honest, grounded conversation I now have with every man I work with whether he is trying to repair a relationship, rebuild after loss, or become more disciplined and purposeful.
Why I Coach
Men Need Honest Support And A Clear Way Forward.
Most men going through marriage and life problems are completely alone. Their friends don't know what to say. Their family takes sides. Therapists talk in circles. And the internet is full of advice that either blames them entirely or tells them to just "be more confident."
I built this coaching practice because I believe men deserve direct, honest support from someone who has been through it, not a clinical framework, not a 12-step program, but a real conversation with someone who gets it and has lived it.
I'm not going to tell you everything is your fault. I'm also not going to let you off the hook. I'm going to tell you the truth, hold you accountable, and help you become the man your marriage, your family and you, actually need.
